Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying from Diamond. Here's everything you need to know about refunds.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Diamond offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plan purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for issuing the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, though this timeline may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. 3. Eligible Purchases

The following purchases are eligible for a refund within the stated policy period: new shared hosting plans, new VPS plans, new dedicated server plans (subject to setup fee exclusions), and new email hosting plans. Eligibility is assessed at the time of the refund request and requires the account to be in good standing with no Terms of Service violations.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly excluded from our refund policy: refund requests submitted after the applicable window has expired; domain name registrations or transfers (these are non-refundable once processed due to registry fees); dedicated server setup and provisioning fees; SSL certificate fees once the certificate has been issued; accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations; and any add-on services or third-party software licenses.

5. Recurring Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges for monthly or annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your control panel, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Service Outage Credits

If a service outage directly caused by Diamond exceeds 24 consecutive hours in a given calendar month, you are eligible for a prorated service credit calculated against your monthly plan fee. Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the outage. Credits are applied to your account balance and cannot be converted to cash. Outages caused by third-party networks, DDoS attacks, force majeure, or customer-initiated actions are excluded.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact our billing team at support@diamondstudio.site before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Diamond will work in good faith to resolve billing disputes promptly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Paddle's dispute resolution process.
