1. Data Controller

Diamond Studio Services acts as the data controller for personal information collected through our platform. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle), which acts as an independent data controller for payment-related data. For privacy questions, contact: support@diamondstudio.site

2. Data We Collect

We collect: registration data (full name, email address, company name, billing address), billing data processed and stored by Paddle (we do not store payment card details), technical data (IP address, browser type, server logs, access timestamps), usage data (pages visited, features used, bandwidth consumed), and cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to: provide, manage, and improve our hosting services; process payments through Paddle as Merchant of Record; send transactional and administrative communications; deliver technical support; serve contextually relevant advertising through Google AdSense; and analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary for delivering the service: Paddle (payment processing and tax compliance), Google (AdSense advertising and Analytics), cloud infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements, and governmental or regulatory authorities where required by a binding legal obligation. All third-party processors are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Google AdSense & Advertising

Our website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool. Our use of AdSense complies with Google's Publisher Policies.

6. Cookies

We use: essential cookies required for service operation and authentication; analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and improve the service; and advertising cookies (Google AdSense) to deliver relevant ads. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect service functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription. Following account termination, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain it for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Server log data is retained for up to 12 months for security purposes.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten); restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent); and request data portability in a machine-readable format. To exercise these rights, email: support@diamondstudio.site

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

10. Regulatory Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and equivalent data protection regulations in applicable jurisdictions.
