Diamond reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with 30 days notice. Service modifications will not result in additional charges during the current billing cycle.
All content hosted on Diamond servers must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Diamond prohibits hosting of illegal content, malware, phishing sites, and materials violating intellectual property rights.
Service uptime is guaranteed at 99.9% for production servers. Planned maintenance windows (typically 2-4 hours monthly) are excluded from uptime calculations.
Users agree to indemnify Diamond against claims arising from their use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
